    Hi Pastor Scott,

Thank you for these encouraging words and reminders from scripture, yes we agree. We see so many people in fear, which I am very surprised , how people think this virus is any thing new under the sun. Things have come and we haven’t shut down the whole world, but what this has shown me is how people like sheep will go right into slaughter without as much as a question. We have believed since the beginning and have always believed since we have been the Lords, that he knows how many days we have when and how we’ll die, and knowing he is in control of ALL things we do not have to fear. Yes if the Lord was coming soon almost 2,000 years ago you can bet the time is near now. Who knows when but things are surely closer than ever before. What a great group of scriptures to chew on thank you. I have been thinking about putting to memory 1Peter I might better get on it. Tell Kerry hi. Barbara Rostad

Barb, So good to hear from you and thank you for the encouraging and supporting words. I agree that the deceiver of the whole world has worked his evil across the planet. I was on my bicycle this morning and was reviewing my 1 Peter 17 message and in that I lament the “sleepy” Church and the gullible Church.
God’s word is so refreshing and strengthening; our only source of light in a very dark world. I know it is hokey and corny but as we have said and heard before, “I’ve read the last chapter, and we win.” 🙂

(2 Peter 1:19 ESV) And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts,

Please say hi to Bill. I kind of keep in touch with Shelle via Facebook.
      Sincerely,
      Dave Scott

(Revelation 12:9 ESV) And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
