Oops! Our video editor/engineer/producer is very embarrassed – accidentally cut songs in early part of service

FFC YouTube Channel (This week’s REVISED video is uploaded and ready to view.)

Hi Everyone,
You can maybe imagine my surprise when reviewing yesterday’s video for our morning worship service when I realized our video editor had accidentally cut the first two songs and the piano meditation. Oops. I have talked to him and he apologizes for the inconvenience and he even spent part of his holiday fixing the problem. Maybe give him a break as this is easier to do than one might think … a mouse stroke here … and a couple keystrokes there … and oops. Anyway the music is a blessing so we didn’t want to leave it ouT. Thanks for understanding.
Pastor Dave

PS I think he may have dozed off a couple times when editing. Just saying … 🙂

Bulletin for Sunday – May 25, 2025

Hi All,
Here is this week’s bulletin.
Pastor Dave

Memorial Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the last Monday of May. It’s a day dedicated to honoring and remembering the men and women who have died while serving in the U.S. military. Originally known as Decoration Day, it was first observed after the Civil War to commemorate those who died in that conflict. Today, it’s a time for reflection, remembrance, and honoring the sacrifices of all those who have served in the military.

Civil War Origins: The holiday began as Decoration Day after the Civil War, with communities decorating the graves of fallen soldiers.

Expanded Scope: Over time, Memorial Day expanded to include those who died in all wars and military actions.

Traditional Observances: Many people honor Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries and memorials, placing flags on graves, attending ceremonies, and participating in parades.

Official Federal Holiday: Memorial Day became a national holiday in 1971.

Happy Mother’s Day to You

Come out for worship in the morning moms and take home the fixin’s to build a beautiful fresh flower bouquet. We have Gerber Daisies (yellow, pink and hot pink), hydrangeas, mini-carnations (white and pink) and red mini-roses.
Looking for a great day of worship together!
