Here is my public service announcement for those who are on Medicare and have a plan D prescription plan.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Medicare web site is excellent for searching for the best plan for the coming year – 2025. Do not make the mistake of assuming that your Plan D from 2024 will be the same. You need to evaluate the plans every year for what is best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not like your car or house insurance that remain pretty much the same from year to year. These plans can and will change dramatically. I have helped a few people with this and have experienced it personally where drugs that are covered one year are dropped the next. One instance of this was the cost of coverage in a plan for a friend that would have increased his cost over $60,000 because of three drugs that his current plan will no longer cover in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please spread the word to family and friends and even people you don’t like. I don’t have an abundance of time to help but I will take the time to at least get you started in the right direction if necessary. The deadline is December 7 unless you have some sort of exemption which you probably do not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again \u2026 the Medicare web site is excellent; just follow the steps outlined. Have all your drugs ready; all dosages accurate; and you will be directed to the best plan per coverage and cost. Text or call me if you need help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
